flat screen looks better anyway IMO, why use a flipup if you have double din?

 

double din is soooooo much better and sexxieerr....hey srry to jack the thread but i was customizing my EQ on my pioneer avh6800 and since i dunno jack about audio i was just playing around with it....basically i want the crispiest sound possible.....nice bass nice treble....i love bass but i hate it when it sounds like poop......any ideas on whats the best way to customize the EQ to get the best out of the factory speakers???

 

^add a sub :D. try fiddling with the preset eqs to something similar to what you would like. then just tune your EQ accordingly to make it fit the way you want to do it. i suggest using a real cd (yes yes i know a REAL cd. lol) or at least a really high quality (at least 256kbps) mp3. i like using black eyed peas monkey business since the way that they master their stuff is really good imo. but that could be a simple way to adjust your system. :D

our cars can hold both single din and dual din. the single din is smaller in height ( i forget the exact measurements) and the dual din is 4x7.

HDD or DVD based Navi? I want HDD, but most are pretty expensive.

 

imma wait it out for the Pioneer Avic-D3. it was announced at the SEMA show this year. its sexy .

 

 

Is that Clarion that is coming out HDD based Navi, or is it DVD?
