what did you have to do to bypass the no dvd while driving thing? I've read on another site that you can just simple connect the HU to the chassie for a ground instead of whereever it's suppose to go, then it works just fine.

 

im not quite sure i got it done at a shop.....my best bet is pay a couple of extra bucks and get it done by someone who knows if you are not sure of what u are doing

 

 

 

Installed my new dual xdvd8181 last night. Installation went pretty easily, only problem was getting it to work withou the e-brake on. now that i've got it installed and running..

It's a damn good buy! I know now why people who don't have dual don't like it, they pay 3 times as much ans get the same thing!

 

Who makes the unit you just installed?
