Hi anyone know the power coming out the ebrake switch when pulled up?

 

Get a multimeter and check it? Dunno. It would be logical if it was 0V, since head-units often use the e-brake switch to detect if the car is parked. Since bypasses work by grounding this switch, it would make sense that it's also grounded when the brake is pulled up.

 

rcf22 is correct, when the ebrake is pulled up it rests at ground which has 0V.
