which (if any) eclipse hu will support the factory ipod and connect input? which eclipse hu is plug and play on 08 tc?

 

none will, only the OEM headunit will connect to the AUX input and the iPod connector.

as far as plug and play, I have an AVN5435 and it connects to the factory plugs. Im not sure about the newer ones but I think all the new ones directly connect as well.

if you get an eclipse that works with iPods, you can feed the connector cable through (though it does require you add-on the adapter)

 

Or if you just want to use the AUX input...just get a Red/White RCA to 3.5mm female cable and run it from the HU to the center console. It shouldn't be difficult as it all comes out pretty easily. I plan to do it myself sometime
