Default Eclipse Navigation vs. Pioneer Navigation

I'm looking to install an indash radio....I've asked and received some info on the Eclipse but want feedback that compares the two.....

Here are the models that I'm considering:

Eclipse AVN5495/AVN6610 or Poineer AVIC-Z1/AVIC-Z2

I can't tell why or haven't figured out why the Z1 costs more then the Z2 (on pioneer website) but the Z2 offers more amenities!!

The eclipse is great in that you can keep your steering wheel controls. It is plug and play. I have the eclipse 5435 and it is a GREAT unit, it is great in many ways. The only one thing that i'd change is simply that when going to Points of Interest in navigation, you have to enter at least one letter of something, you cant just search for 'mexican restaurants' for example. Other than that, the eclipse is a great unit. I'd recommend it

You probably won't find a new Z1, they're not making them anymore. The Z2 is the way to go, as you can keep steering wheel controls as well with a SWI-PS from PAC. If you want a good deal on a Z2, hit me up.
