I just finished installing my sirius radio and here is the damage:

On the passenger's side the "auto" window down feature no longer works.
On the driver's side all control for the passenger's side no longer works.

Any theories as to why this happened? Kind of annoying.... the radio looks good, tho

in short, its not broken

 

hold the switch in the up position untill the window closes and continue to hold for 10 seconds and they'll work again...

 

to be a bit more helpful, the windows have to be reprogramed after disconnecting the battery. I thought it was broken to (same EXACT problem) and I took it to the dealership. They just messed with the button and it worked. I forgot the sequence but each button has 5 levels, if you mess around long enough with it you'll figure it out by accident. Hope that helps.

I found the answer to this problem soon after my post. To be extra helpful: Lower your window half way.... raise window all the way and hold up for at least 1 second. Thanks for all the replies.
