Default ELECTRICAL HELP NEEDED

I was installing an intake the other day. i took my positive terminal off the battery post. I had my sun roof open at the time. After installation was complete, i reconnected the battery and tried to close my sunroof. I cant close it and i have no idea why. also it appears the passenger window as well will not go down. I am not sure what is wrong. I checked the fuses and they all look fine to me. I am not sure what to do. The driver-side window is the only window that goes up and down.

i checked both. still clueless to what the problem is. if power is not getting to the window at all then you cant reset the window at all.

So you have tried to reset both and didnt work? You sure you checked the fuse boxes the one inside and in the engine bay?

if you can tell me which fuse number location controls those places i can pull them and put new ones in just to see if it makes a difference.
