Default electrical issues anyone??

ive noticed that whenever i unplug my battery to do something, and i hook it up again some of my electronics stop working for a little while like my power windows or sometimes just my auto up and down and once my sunroof. eventually everything goes back to normal... has this happened to anyone else or is this just me? also now the AUX button on my deck doesnt work. im not sure if this is the becuase of the battery or not. do you think i should have the dealer check this out?

read your manual.. windows need to be reset

and your aux needs to have something plugged in before the radio will change over to aux.

nothing's wrong.
