Default Error 3 in 6 Disc Cd After Disconnecting Battery

My CD player was working until I disconnected the battery to do some work on my car. Now when I press the CD button, I get Error 3. When I hit eject, nothing. I tried powering it off and on a few times but still no luck.

Try not inserting your key into the ignition for a couple mins (5-10). If the error still shows, then disconnect your battery and connect it after 3 mins. then try again. Hope this helps

Thanks for the reply. I tried it, but still no luck. I noticed that shows 6 discs in but it only has 1. I might be SOL.

I eventually ended up replacing it. Good luck.
