OK here is what I got...I have a sirius radio on the windsheild (left side). Does anyone have an external radio setup? If so, where? What does it look like? I had this on my other car so I just kept it. It is about 4 inches wide and 3 inches tall. I really hate having some of the wires showing as well! I mean it is only like 6 or so inches showing but to me looks tacky and in the way! So suggestions please!! Thanks!

i have one of these mounted in the pocket right below the HVAC controls. I ran the wiring for the antenna under the molding from the hatch right next to the AM/FM antenna to the dash. i lost the use of that pocket but you cant see any of the wiring and it doesnt look out of place.

I tried to put my installation where it was:
1. Easy to see
2. Easy to reach
Seems like for someone who is tall, having to look straight up and take your eyes off the road to read could be dicey.
to each his own. i think anything that isn't integrated to look somewhat oem looks like trash. exposed wires are evil and make me nauseous.
besides i have presets for everything. the way i drive everything is by touch...who has to look at a screen to figure out what channel they need? i don't. besides, now without commercials i don't jump stations as often as i used to. the only time i look at any screen is when i'm plugging in a destination on my nav.
and you don't have to be tall. have you realized how low the roof is on this car?
