ok I have never seen the xa or xb setting or anything like that. So I will have to try to play around and find that and see how it works.

Check in your stereo manual that came with all the other manuals. I am guessing the tC came with it. I have an xA and found the information in this manual as well as how to change the welcome screen. I would think that the tC would give you the same information. If not disregard this post

sound setting to feel on the xa mode sounds the best to me

It's possible, I did it. I spliced into the rear speaker wires in the head unit and connected them to my hi-level inputs on the Kicker Amp and it works. The bass still sounds good although it will probably sound better if RCA's were connected. Yes you have to get a wiring harness and the install kit for aftermarket stuff.

I see some people saying they have to put radio to 20 to hear....the radio goes to 60 so basically you can run the radio on 30-35 even 40 if its an older CD and not damage the head unit or blow the speakers. The stock speakers are pretty strong, granted you're not going to win any competitions with the stock radio but it is pretty powerful once you tweek the settings
