Default Few questions......

Well Ive tried searching for a while now, read through a few topics, but I cant seem to find a thorough guide for removing a headunit for the auto tC. Also does anyone have any diagrams or know of any diagrams as to making your own sub box?

scroll down to the pic where he took the shift **** off. He tells you how to take off the peice with the cig lighter, then how to take off the peice with the AC controls. Ok, see the pic, even though its an aftermarket HU its the same bracket that you'll see in your tC. You take the two nuts (10mm i believe) on the top of the bracket, and the two phillips screws on the bottom of the bracket to take if out of the car.

Okay.. I pretty much have an idea of how to start.. One thing, to install the P.I.E adapter, would I need to unplug the battery? If I do, how would I do that?
