Default Finally have everything, but which amp wiring kit?

So after having subs, a box, alpine amp, I finally got the deal i was looking for on a head unit. It only took one year, but hey i finally spent the money. Anyways, are the amp wiring kits at walmart any good. They have monster and schoche and they seem way cheaper than best buy or circuit city. I know I need an 8 guage power wire for my amp 600WX1, running two subs at 300 each. Will this kit work? http://www.monstercable.com/mpc/prod...&section=three
They have it at Walmart for 30 bucks. All it seems to need is the speaker wire, but which gauage do i need?

What does this mean, describing the knukonceptz kit? ne 5 Meter eKo InterKonnect Blue OFC RCA Cable with Built in Turn On lead. Does that mean you don't have to hook up the turn on lead seperately? So 4 guage is bigger than 8 guage right? Maybe a stupid question, but what is the benefit of the bigger guage?

.....bigger wire slower heat builds up due to less resistance............smaller wire....more heat...........more chance of failure to wire..........always power high amp drawing items with large enough wire.........there is a mathmatical formula to calculate it...........I do not remeber what it was..........

also the smaller the number the wire the bigger it is...........

That link is for the 4 guage kit, and if you can get it for $30, do it. It's decent quality, no need to spend more, and it'll support your amp, no problem.
