Front Seat Release Problem
I'm just seeing if any of you guys have this problem also. Whenever someone sits in my backseat, I have no problem with the seat release lever to slide either front seat forward. But, when I push the back of the seat to its original position, it catches and acts like it doesn't want to go.
I almost feel like I could break whatever is causing the problem if I pushed quick enough. Any of you guys have this also, or do your seats lock into position smoothly? I'm going to mention it the next time I have my car in, since it's not that big of a deal. I could post a video to illustrate what I mean.
Thanks

the driver's side should slide back into its original position, the passenger side does "lock" into place, and will need to be e-adjusted into position using the lower slide bar and tilt lever. Is that whats going on?
If you keep the seat angled forward, and slide it back till it hits its 'memorized' location, and then recline (for lack of a better term) or 'return to the upright and locked position' you should avoid the catching and allow the seat position to remain 'memorized'
Let me rephrase. Only the driver's side does the catching. It catches when the seat back is trying to lock back into its memory position.
