Default Gauge lights wont turn on

I'm in the process of installing foglights and wiring them so that they turn on with the parking lights. I have blown the fuse for the foglights earlier when testing and fixed that. Now when I turn my parking lights on, the gauge lights do not turn on. (a/c **** too) The foglights also do not turn on when I wire them with the parking light. I have checked the dimmer too. What should I check now? Im trying to make my question as clear as possible.

Have you checked the fuses under the dash? They're hidden well. It's not the relay in the front of the dash, but if you lay on your back, and look under the dash, you'll see them. They're covered with a white cover.
