Exclamation Need Help!? (update with pictures now)

Ok i just finish installing my TWM stage 2 short shifter with base/cable bushing yesterday with the DIY from here which helped out so much just wanna say thanks to whom ever wrote it. and so here is the question/short story i was putting in the cable bushings(final part before i was done) when i notice near the battery and the intake box there are 2 big rubber washer type of things? one was really loose for some reason so i decided to tighten it up since i was already there and and well as i was tightening it, the screw broke in half and im like !!!!!!! went the whole way threw installing the kit with out doing anything wrong until that point . so now its stuck in there and i have no idea as to how to get it out and what that rubber washing type of thing is for?? can anyone help me out i would have posted pictures but im not home till Tuesday afternoon and im out in Perris,ca as of right now and the car is at home aka west covina

did you know before hand if it was suppose to be tight ..or you just saw it was loose and kinda figure that you would tighten it...looks to me like some kind of chassie washer...i wil look at mine and see if its tight or loose

Yeah I pretty much figured it was loose so I tightened it. since the one right next to it was tight
As well I just figured you know?
