Default HELP ASAP...Led Gauge Lights.

I have installed the blue leds and the necessary resistors for my gauges. But when i plug it back to the main chord.. it only lights up for less than a second then it turns off. i turned on the light switch and yet it wont turn on. the only thing that kept lit is the 2 led on the ODOmeter. (the little screen). I checked the fuse and its fine.
HElp me please. what did i do wrong?
