ive already searched the threads and im not getting a sure answer, i want to change my leds to red so i know all i need is the leds themselves i dont need to change anything else, but what are the specs on the leds i can get them locally i just need the numbers(size, part, ect ect) i can wait on a kit, i like instant gratification and dont want to wait for a prepackaged kit. thanks

 

yes all you would need is just the LED's

Finding them locally would be hard.

 

Also, finding good high output plcc-2 leds that you would need would be near impossible as I have never found them "locally" anyplace as they are more of a speciality item. Let us know if we can assist in any other way!

 

i was on frys website is should be able to get them locally for about a buck a piece for plcc2's

 

Not all leds are created equal, especially output wise. I know my fried electronics does not carry them locally. Neither of the two do. Wish you the best!

A buck a piece is way expensive even if they are good. Shoot me a pm... you can spend half that including shipping and know they are the right ones.
