Default HELP. Hvac led swap problems

I have bought some LEDs and installed them on my gauge cluster. It is nice and perfect. But when i installed them on my hvac thing, it is really really dim. Does anyone know what the problem could be? Do i have to change the resistors?
Please help.

yes there is a resistor kit that you can buy....from Garage1217, or engifineer, and a few others on the site. But PM them or check out Garage1217.com.

Look in Features >> Tech here and find the writeups I did on the HVAC led swap. I made mod for this and have it written up there. You have to replace 7 surface mount resistors and the power supply IC. As mentioned, there are a few of us here that can sell that to you.
