Did you check the fuses under the dash? One of those might have burnt out.
Did you do any modding that created this problem?

No I haven't check the one under dash becuase I look the manual and I didn't found one for the dome light but I check all of them just in case. modding well yeah I had some cold cathodes hook up to the dome light but then I removed them to a switch.the light was still working after I remove the cathodes.

When you disconnected the cathods from the dome light, was there still power applied to the light? And did you touch anything that could have either a) blown a fuse or b) blown the light?

Have you checked to see if the bulb is burnt out? Is it just the middle dome light? Or do the ones on the sides not work either?

nothing touch something that could case grounding. the fuse is good. when I installed the cathodes I change the fuse from 7.5 to 15 so it wouldn't blow so easily. the bulbs did burn out because i put new one in there in the three of them. the light was still working after I remove the cathods . everything seem normal. no burn wires or blow fuses. its driving me nuts

If the fuses check out fine, then I’d examine the wire that the cathodes had been spliced into.

How did you splice your wires when you hooked up the cathodes to the dome-light? If you used a T-tap or “quick-splice”, you may have nicked quite a few wire-strands. After removing it (or even if you just left it on and cut the extra wire off), it may have just finally failed on you.
