Default Help! problem after LED swap

okay so i just swapped my LEDs on my gauge cluster, everything looked fine and then i calibrated the needles.. but when i went to test drive the car, the center needle which shows mph is like a second off.. when i accelerate the needle stays in place for like a second and then begins to move.. same when i brake, when i brake and come to a complete stop.. the needle takes about one second to reach 0.. all the other needles work fine but just not the big center one.. any helpp??

sounds like the needle may be pushed down too low, try taking the needle off and reinstalling it.

If that doesn't work u damaged the motor.
