okay so i need help i do not nkow anyone i know that has the subs that come from the scion dealer so i would like to know if anyone knows if it is worth getting it!!???

little about myself,
i am not rich so if i even planned on getting an upgrade after market system it woldnt be for a while so i really dont know what to do!!! help

First off, don't buy the factory sub, it's a waste. Spend the money on a different powered sub and buy a harness, install yourself. It's very easy and not worth the money to pay the dealer. Buy something that is powered and not sold by the dealer. I don't have any particular suggestions, just do your research and buy a decent powered sub.

Look for the Infinity Basslink or even a Basstube would suit you if that is all your looking for. If you just want some bass, you could also look at elemental design's slim 10" woofer and hidden box. You can keep all your trunk and maybe spend $400-$500 on the box, wiring, amp and sub.

i second the idea about the infinity basslink. its better than the factory one definately. but depending where you get it, you can get an amp and a sub fora really good price; esspecially with elemental designs. just type in "forum" in their search to get the discounts for all SL members. and might i add, the discounts are really sweet
