how do you take front speakers off from the door?

how do you take front speakers off from the door?

hi, i'm ready for deadening my doors, i already got the plastic cover offs, but the speakers has no screw in it, how do you take it off?

a drill. seriously...

you don't need to take it off to deaden.

so.. if you can't get the speaker off, all you have to do is to reach in as far as you can with the deadening material?
