HOW TO: Paint Interior Pieces
Ok, here is what happened. I am posting this here because it's my thread and I feel people should know why I despise working with some SL owners. This does not pertain to you.
Everyone knows that iKONA screwed Greg (Teecizzle) over with the garnish. So me being the nice guy with a spare garnish and a ton of FM paint at the time decided...wth, I'll fix it. I fixed it, installed, sanded and buffed it at his place. He then turns around and asks if I can do his interior. I say yes I would (free of charge once again.....guess I felt bad that he got screwed by iKONA). Originally he wanted all the pieces in the interior done. But when I went down there a second time to get his pieces, he didn't want a interior with nothing there.
So I take his interior, center bezel, bottom of waterfall and radio door and spray it and clear it. The radio door had some orange peel in there I was not happy with. So once again I sand it down and buff it. While he is holding the door he moves and I slightly burn through the interior. That same day he gives me his gauge cluster to spray and I send it back to him a few days later. He receives it and complains about the FM being a little darker. He claims he is not upset...yet he continues to bring it up. I gave him a couple options.
1. Shut up aout the slight variance and deal with it.
or
2. Send me all the pieces and let me spray them all at once; that way they match and everyone is happy.
I never got a response. Keep in mind I have the radio door done and will not send it back because I hate hearing people complain....especially about free jobs!
So he asks his team president "Kirby" what he should do (how old is Teecizzle again?). Kirby decides that he will intervene (none of his business) and e-mail me numerous times asking when I will send the radio door back. I tell him the same thing I told Greg....no response besides "ok".
I PM Greg twice telling him to send me his address otherwise the radio door is going in the trash (seeing as my place is not a storage center).....no response, adios door cover. That is why I dislike Alpha Squad.
