and as for the chameleon.... I felt really bad about it. the pics that were put up earlier in the thread, to me, didnt show the large amount of flake in the finish. I thought it was going to be a more subtle color change without that flake. it looked awesome... dont get me wrong...but would totally clash with my SCM tc. I'd make it up to him if I could. He's been really cool about it. And thanks for your help on the project too. that's appreciated as well.

mouse, don't take dis the wrong way, but if i were him, i'd send it back to you the oem silver way. pearl he applied and then sanded off is not cheap. a bottle of that stuff costs about 300 - 500 buckz. thats like airbrushing a custom mural and then having the customer say they don't like it...but its waht they wanted.

Do you think I'm not fully aware of that? He may not have shared the email conversations that were made. I told him that I knew what he did was a lot of work and that I knew it wasn't cheap either. He asked me what I wanted... I said what I would prefer for my car. But said because of all that work he had already done I wouldn't blame him for simply sending it back as is with the paint scheme he already had done.
I'm not just some A-hole that doesn't appreciate the work he's done.
