I just bought a tC and have this set up..... i want to put it in the tC, but what do u think i should do? PLease dont say buy a different box ect... because i like this box, hits nice and crisp for a cheapy.

I will like to here some suggestions though even tho i dont really wanna change

Not a whole lot you can do with that shape and size. BUT.......IF you did decide to go a different route I would look at the ED designs hidden floor subs and box.....have heartd good things and they are totally out of sight. I think you can get the sub and box for 200?

 

slim to none... i am about to buy the avic d3x so... ya... really just wanted to work with what i got... couple things

1. Dont want to remove spare
2. Just want to keep it simple and such

why not try it?

it will be louder and sound even better in the tc(hatch) than it did in the monte(trunk car). if you liked it in the monte then you'll like it in the tc.

put it on one of the sides of the trunk.
the spares is right in the middle, and if you need to get to it you could always just move the sub box...its only 1 so its not heavy...

 

Do u'all think i should mount the amp on the back seat, or keep it on there, or inside the paneling?

 

just leave it where it is, it looks cleaner that way imo.

 

eh, just slap some velcro on the bottom to keep it in place.

 

try putting it on the left side and face it to the right. mine sounds best that way.
