HU RMS power
Currently i have a Kenwood KDC-MP425 deck that is 22 RMS, pre amp 2 volt.
I am thinking about getting an Eclipse CD 3000 deck, it is only 14 RMS, but pre amp is 5 volt.
I have factory speakers with Infinity amp with Infinity Kappa sub.
Should i change to Eclipse deck but lowing my speaker RMS? Any advice is welcome.

Don't woory much about the difference betwee 14 and 22 watts "RMS". The difference in max output volume between them is only about 2dB SPL, and when listening to music at reasonable volume levels, you're most often using much less than 14 watts anyway.
5V preouts is great! I've seen 8V and heard of 9V, but that is just crazy!
The 22watts is the output for stock speakers. The Voltage output is for the RCA wires to the amp. You will get a more efficient and more power response from the 5V unit as opposed to the 2V.

Thanks for your inputs, I went to circuit city today to check out the Eclipse cd3000, It is nothing flashy. The main reason i want an Eclipse is that it works with tc steering wheel control. The left **** is for the volume, and the right **** is for selecting tracks.
