Default HVAC LED swap troubles

Hey, I am glad to finally join this forum even though I have been using it for awhile. I did a led swap on my gauges and my hvac. Everything turned out fantastic except for one thing, the A/C light won't turn on whenever I press it. All of the lights are one and the button lights turn on and off as they should except for the A/C.
-I don't think its the soldering because I have redone it about 10 times
-Polarity is correct
-The led is in working condition
I had it working for awhile, it wasn't until I took everything apart to replace some of the leds for different colors (not touching the one I have problems with) and when everything else worked, this stopped working.

HELP!!!!!

Are you sure its in working condition? If you have done it ten times its possible you damaged the led. Did you do resistors as well?
