Default hvac went crazy

something really wierd happened today. I got in my car, after my lunch hour, and after about 10 mins i tried to turn on the AC and i started hearing some clicking noise from the fuse box area on the left side of the steering wheel. So i immediately tried turning off the ac and the whole display on the HVAC went crazy. it started displaying everything and then all of my controls went out. I can't use the ac, temp button, nor anything else. The display is now blank like it has been disconnected from the back. The only thing that works is the hazard light button.

does anyone have any idea what could have happened. I'm thinking a fuse could have blown but i didn't have the time to stop and check as I came back to work.

I don't know what it could be, but I'd take it to a dealer to have it checked out cause it's probably under warranty.

Have you done the LED swap already? If you did and you did the replacing the resistors more than likely the dealership will say you caused the problem. I hope they dont try to pull that ____ on you but they just might. If you havent done the LED swap yet head right over and theys hould fix it no problem.
