I may have messed up- Dash Lights
So i got a set of the Spyder LED fog lights (LED accent, still regular H3 bulbs). I installed them yesterday, and all went well till the wiring to the fog light harness. I had a multimeter checking for voltage, adn may have accidentally grounded one of the wires. The fogs are fully operational, but now i have no dash lights. I have to verify, but i think the HVAC lights are out too. I went through and pulled all of the fuses under the dash and in the engine compartment, and visually they all look "good", no broken bars. What else could i have done? Could i have fried a relay? Any thoughts?

It's not the alternator, it still starts, runs, and the guages work- just no illumination. The odometer has quit working now too. I have headlights and taillights, i just have nothing on the dimmer circuit. Its making me think i fried the dimmer switch in the guage pod. Anyone got suggestions for testing or anything else it could be? I manually went in with a multimeter checking resistance for opens on all of the fuses, and they all tested good. Both fuse boxes.
Update- I changed out the gauge cluster with a known good one. Still no illumination. The odometer works now, so does all the warning lights, but no back lights on illumination circuit. This feels like its the fuse, but ive changed them and triple checked them, and all of them are good. What else could this be? A relay? This is the same on the HVAC and Shifter, but i have headlights, fog lights, and brake lights. Parking lights work too. This is driving me nuts. I know enough electrical to be dangerous, but short of tracing every wire and lead I am lost.
