I must say that this a a great deck for anyone who does not need DVD, NAV. The sound quality out of this thing is great! The 8V preouts show me just how bad the LOC converter really is. My sub hits 2-3 times harder now, with my amp gain at its lowest setting! It also shows me just how terrible the stock speakers are.

My only pet peeve is that the face doesnt automatically go back up after you insert the disc. Any one know if there is a setting for this maybe?

Anyway this is the start of the overhaul of my system this year. Next step for the system is gutting an Edeading the car.

 

I just got the CD5100..IM having issues with the ipod.It wont read the artists or albums.I guess I need to sync it a different way is what the guy told me
