speaker level inputs is like a speaker wire instead of RCAs. You'll need a line leveler to convert your speaker level output from headunit to RCAs to run into your amp as a signal. I think. I'm deffinately not a expert but maybe someone can clear this up a little. I'm not too good at explaining things.
yea that amp can be wired wif no adapters needed to the stock head unit. u see where it says "hi input"? that is where u will hook up the speaker leads from the stock head unit to the amp "input". it won't sound as good as "low input" rca's but hey at least it'll work. the only catch is u will have to cut the stock speaker wires to wire it up. unless u can get the adapter plugs from ebay i seen which plugs into the speaker wire harness. (so u won't have to hack up the wires and easily put it back to stock if u wanted to.) so to answer u question yes u can hook up wifout any adapters but i recommmed u get the ones i seen on ebay if u don't want to hack up the wiring. its ur call.
honestly i would just buy the adapter cable...it'll save you time and a headache when/if you ever decide to take stuff out and go back to stock. my theory has always been that it might take longer but do it right the first time. i do high end custom home theater installs and have trained many of our techs. i've seen it a thousand times...they try to save time by cutting a corner and in the end it costs us 3-4 times as much to go back and fix the 'corner' they cut. just a hassle...do it right and buy the harness
you have to purchase the cable i mentioned above. you can get it on ebay for like $50. the stock headunit alone doesn't have any connections that you can use. buy that cable and you'll get rca outs. those go to an amp and from there you can hook up as many subs as your amp/amps can handle
