Default Installing KENWOOD DNX7100

Hey folks,

I've done the searching and such and found some info for other HU's, but not the DNX7100. As far as hooking up the ebrake bypass, I have read about the solution on Fixya's website, however I don't know which cable I need to ground for the bypass.

Does anyone have any pictures of this in actual practice? I am also wanting to add a switch to it so i can turn the bypass on and off.

Also, as far as mounting it. I have been told I don't need a mounting kit, like from Metra, because it should just bolt onto the factory brackets and to make it fit right so that the lid still comes down, i just need to drill holes farther back on the brackets.

Does anyone have any pictures of this in actual practice as well? It is one this to say do this, it another to be able to see it and go "Oh, i get it now."

Lastly, hooking up the PAC SWI-JACK device that allows me to continue to use my steering wheel stereo controls. I saw a pic of wires sodder and such for an Avic D3 install, but I am not sure if that is the same for my specific application.

Does anyone have any pictures of the SWI-JACK hooking into the Kenwood?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
