Interior Bling...with scratches

Hey does anyone know if there is a way to remove light scratches off the chrome/aluminum center stack.I noticed it while it was sunny,and im befuddled by the fact how it got there...you guys have it too?

Chrome? Interior?

Are you just talking about the silver waterfall piece that makes up the center console? B/c the only way to really get scratches out of that would be to repaint it.
