Default Item jammed in compartment.. Please help

Here's a vid from my iphone. Please just watch and help if you can. Its been a bad night.

edit: freakin great. No audio. Well anyway I'm saying that another one of those red plastic key things for a car wash has money loaded on it and has somehow jammed in that little compartment. How do I get it out w/out removing the entire console?

Same thing happened to my tC. Pull the middle part of the waterfall. It pulls off with a little tug, and then pull the back end off that has the little compartment in it. Turn it over and some coins should fall out. Hope that made sence. its really easy.

x2.
5 min. fix.
pull of the top part of the waterfall then the middle part, flip it over and get whatever is stck unstuck.
that way you dont have to mess with any springs or anything, cuz theyre always a PITA to put back on right.

yeah, same here... usually it's another coin that got lodged in there... take it apart, flip over, and put it back in, problem solved.. but as far as the disappearing audio, can't help you there...
