so i pick this unit up for dirt cheap with navi and bluetooth. i was just wondering if i can install this and still keep the door on the water fall. i love the fact that i can hide what i have. im sure that someone has installed a single din DVD player like this and kept the door.

 

you will need to just mount the fitment kit further back just a bit to close the door kinda like what we do with the AVIC......not sure if that is 100% accurate but if all e;se fails just mount it back a bit,there is lots of room to mount decks in the dash.

 

i was more worried about the unit hitting the door when it opens.

 

i think for the pop out tv's i cant have the door
