Default LED Gauge Swap Problem, looking for a fix if possible

I finished my total LED swap tonight and everything went perfect. Went to test board before I put it al together again and all leds worked except the two that light the ODO display. Any ideas?

Swapped out the blue odo led's for new ones and works fine. My guess is these two leds are wired in series and I had a bad solder joint.

One of those original LED's may have been bad. It could of been a cold solder joint but if on of them is out, then neither of them will light. Anyways, you seem to have it corrected. Later.

Could have just had a bad led as well. It happens sometimes. I have run across about 5 so far that were bad right out of the box... of course that is out of thousands I have ordered in the last 3 years. Glad you got it going again.

I have a similar problem with the HVAC leds, they all light up except for the button LEDS. Could it be a bad LED or a bad solder joint. Should I try to replace the LEDS or redo the solder? the button LEDs that gives me trouble is the LEDS for the MODE, the defogger buttons, and OUTSIDE TEMP buttons. furthermore, the AC and the air circulation button isn't lighting up either. I changed it to blue LEDs. everything else is fine. I hope its not my HVAC....

nevermind : P I think I solved the problem...using my trusty multimeter, i was able to narrow it down to 2 bad LEDS and how the leds are wired in series for groups of 3. Atleast that is my theory, alright I'm off to replace the 2 bad ones and see what happens. thanks and sorry for the extra post!
