Alright well I was on my 14 try today to put the License Plate Lights in... Today I thought I would just try and Rip the thing out compared to all the other days I tried just using my hand... Well the first one came off easy when I decided to turn it a little bit and then TUG it! Then the second plate light that I tried to take out I did not turn the light as much. Then I noticed that the part that you pull out had a little piece broken off. It was the LOCK to lock the light into the License plate slot. Well I have some pictures to denote how they look. You can notice on one of them that a little plastic piece is missing...

Then I put it back in and i decided I would tape it back up... didn't want to get into any trouble with the police!

I was wondering if there is anywhere I can order this piece from and how much it would cost... I think I would spend up to $10 for the piece. Thanks for all the help in advance... And no... YOU IDIOT Comments please... I read the Manual on page 247 and I read soo many articles from this website and nothing really helped!

 

Damn, you pretty much just owned the lights. You should have just gotten some needle nose plyers and turned turned counterclockwise. They come out pretty easily with plyers.

 

I did that too my first time. I also need that pice. Funny thing is that after 3 days, my leds died in one light. lol.
