line level input converter, stock HU, TC, too much bass at low volume levels... but when I turn up the volume the bass goes away. It's the same amp and 2 12" subs I had in my celica so I know what they can do and I know they are in fine condition. It seems like the stock head unit is sending out crazy bass signals when the volume is low and I mean crazy levels... then when I crank the volum up, the bass almost goes away completely. Has anyone else had any good or bad experience using a line out converter with the Scion TC stock head unit?
