Its' going to hook up into the cigarette lighter... I'm just curious will there be a way for me to just HARDWIRE it into our FUSE box? And get the power from there and bypass the cigarette lighter and wires?

 

yeah...

if the navi isnt running on a regulated power supply.. (i.e. look at the cig plug... if it says it runs on anything less than 12v) you can just cut and wire... if not.. you need to keep the cig plug intact.. there are ways to still hardwire that.. like either getting a female cigarette lighter... or wire and solder onto the plug itself....

 

Looks like it's 12-24 range for the voltage, I'm not quite sure what it means, it's for the GARMIN C330 navigation... I would hate to have the wiring going from the navi to the cig lighter =T

 

Any idea?
