A while back i bought a bunch of leds for the dome lights, cubby light, shifter light, and trunk light. I've noticed that one of the dome lights, the trunk light, and the cubby light are a kind of greenish-blue, not a real blue. Compared to the other dome lights, these LEDs are off-colored. So I ordered one blue LED dome light later, and its color was right. Has anybody else seen these off-colors with their LEDs. And should i get new cubby and trunk lights, in hope that they are the right color?

 

yeah, but the only time i noticed it was when i compare color of my led's and my cathodes.

 

only time i saw weird off-color bulbs were non-led ones...

but there are leds out there that can vary alot with color.. depends on the company and quality of the leds for them to be consistent in the wavelength.

 

quazentex, where did you order yours from? and how much were they? i wouldnt mind swapping out my cubby/trunk/dome lights.

 

I got all of my leds from superbrightleds.com, and they have a good reputation. That's why i'm so curious about the LEDs because superbrightleds makes good products.
