MODS: please Lock
How do you do the two tone LED colors, when I look at the swap digram it doesnt look like you can put that many LED's in one place like some people have different colors on the 1/2 the 1 and 2 being a different color than the / how do you pull that off with only, room for four or five LED's???????
You run white leds for the gauges, then apply colored translucent vinyl film to the backs of the gauge faces where you want the various colors.
For having different colored backlighting behind the needles or color changing needles, it is a bit more complex

Jeremy (and/or anyone else that can answer! ;) I used blue LEDs on the turn signals, high beam lights, warning lights, etc, etc. Would you happen to know which resistor I could swap out, and with what size resistor, in order to reduce the intensity of the high beam and turn signal lights? (I'm not too worried about the other warning lights being bright, as their purpose is to get my attention...) Or would you suggest something "simpler," like using white LEDs and putting blue vinyl film over those portions of the gauge face (like I did the "main" portions of the gauge face)? Thanks a lot!
And no worries about the plug. I have no qualms about supporting someone who clearly does good business!

EDIT: Ok....maybe I should have made it clear in the first post...I don't want to see "led sellers" products in this thread =/ there are already threads out there like that. This thread is meant for the SL people to show their OWN gauges not gauges that they have made for others. Thank you.

Warranties cannot be voided at all. IF an electical issue with the gauges pops up after you do the swap, they most likely wont cover that incident, but the warranty is still intact.
To do white numbers on blue gauge faces, you use white leds and apply a blue film on the back of the gauge face where you want it to be blue. Most of us that do the swaps carry the fim as well.

Yep, I will be getting back to you tonight. I have answered 36 - 37 led related emails just this week, so I am doing my best to keep up
My harsh travel schedule has kept me from being able to reply quickly lately. Got through about 35 led related emails in the last few days and am trying to hit the rest toninght!
