i screwed my amp on the side of my dual box. i just didn't think my xplods were worth enough drilling holes into my precious car for.

i have a xb and my box takes up the whole back, so I screwed mine on the back, works great and no problems yet. the thing is you cant see the amp at all unless you pull down the seats.

you can but i wouldn't, if you ever want to move your amps you'll have to fix your box, i'd put it in the cubby

I personally won't ever do it. If you do decide to do it, I would try and find like a piece of rubber or foam or something to absorb some of the shakes and flexes. Take a look at the amps warranty. Some companies don't honor warranties if the amp is mounted on the box.

more shaking and ____ comes from the car than the sub box. if the sub box is made properly it shouldn't flex / vibrate much if at all.

if your amp is on the back of the box you have to worry about the box sliding and ripping the wires out of the amp and possibly damaging the RCA's or the amp. So IMO I wouldn't
