Mounting 5 CHannel Amp

So i have a kicker 5 channel amp and i want to mount in in the area where the spare tire is just to get it out of the way...will it over heat or should it be fine?

I would say you should be fine. I have my amp mounted where the stock sub was in a suede half box type thing and I have not had any problems
