Yeah I dont know if its real. It said woven suede on the tag but it looks and feels pretty real to me. The headliner is going well so far I just need more, stronger glue...

Where can I get those? Ive been using 3m general trim adhesive but I also saw a super strength headliner one. Is that the 77 and 90 respectively?

 

Yeah it pops out. Once the material is held in place by the glue you cut out the excess suede and snap that piece back in.

 

Id like to help everyone out but if I did a DIY it would be super amatuer... Ive had this idea in my head for a while but this is my first time wrapping anything. We'll see though cause its not all that hard. Im sure I can squeeze in a DIY for some other parts.

So I screwed up on the headliner. Not because it was hard but because my dumb butt accidentally got glue on the suede side and I pretty much got ____ed. Now Im doing it in a different color but its still going to look good. Got some more fabric and glue so hopefully I can get this finished today. I'll post pics if I get far with it.

oh and claudia im suprised you didnt see my post about these on another thread i made.....

 

I just wish I had like a big a$$ table and another person to help. My girlfriend offered to help me with the headliner but I just dont think I have the skill... lol. So yeah I can only do pillars and flat pieces... I actually just failed on a side panel cloth insert so Im giving up altogether. 4 of the pillars are done so thats good enough I suppose... But now my headliner has glue all over it so Im going to have to get that professionally done with my own material... this has been a sad project but I picked up a tiny bit of skill. Im just gonna get an RS3 and do the pillars to match the seats..........
