It's likely smaller due to the built-in Bluetooth (very large leap, but only sensible reason I have haha). The voice command is supposed to be amazing though (conversational type). I'll see when the demo lands in my hands though

This is kind of random but I didn't want to make a whole thread about it. I got a Jensen VM9022 installed this morning, put in the break override code myself when I got home, and tried out a disc. For some reason is says 'Bad Disc' everytime.

Has anyone else got this for any of their units?

Hey Nick, when you had your D3, where did you install the backup camera? im trying to find a nice location but the only thing i can think of is getting one of those cameras on the license plate holder.

I had it on the license plate. I had planned on shaving the rear emblem and having it molded there. Never got around to it tho, but I am sure a shop could do it fairly cheap.

Default Steering wheel controls

Just bought a used '08 tc with a D3 installed. Cannot use the steering wheel controls... Is there a way to fix this?

There is a module you need to make it work. It is the PAC SWI I think is the name for it.

Edit:
Found it for you: http://www.crutchfield.com/S-52f7Njs...spx?i=127SWIPS

You can find it cheaper other places tho.

I've never installed one of these in my life. I am a noob to this. I am buying everything little by little and I want to do all the installs myself. I am purchasing a Pioneer z3 due to a hefty discount I get at work. Is this supper difficult to install, will I make the car go boom, or will my scion and myself survive. Help me out guys.
