There a few changes I want to do for the cars exterior and interior lighting,

First, the foglights only work when the headlights are on, how can I seperate them to be able to turn them on whenever I want??

Second..the interior lights..also..only turn on when I turn on the parking lights, Id like to separate those also.

Any ideas on what I need to make these changes??
