Default neon/LED controller?

Is there a controller that will light up LEDs or neons as my RPM goes up? I tried searching for it but found nothing.

Sean (LEDMOD.com.. not ledmods.net) is working on a color change for the tC that switches colors at a given rpm.

I am working on finishing one that fades colors as rpm increases.

The first can be done by modifying a shift light module. The second takes programming an IC (to do it well anyway, meaning it can be changed easilly) and working out a million details to get it just right Hopefully will be done in the near future if I just get off my butt.
