Default new sub amp install not working wel

Well, I have a pioneer deck, a 4 channel amp and a mono block, all MTX thunder.

I got everything connected right. I just moved my system from my old car to my new car, so I know it was a working setup "i had it professionally done". But now that its all done and moved, after 10 or so min of med volume, my subs start dropping in and out, and the music starts cracking, and breaking up and sounding static at times.

All wires are separated, and are wrapped with electrical tape.

The back of the cd deck gets VERY VERY hot, hot enough to burn yourself very badly.

I talked to crutchfield, and they told me to plug my iPod directly into my amp using a 3.5mm jack to composite, and I did that and the sound was great.

IDK if its my deck or if there is something else I can try.

My grounds are fine, and everything else seams to work.

thanks, i fixed it, the wires that come from the wire harness thats included with the deck that go to the speakers where not connected because I use an amp. But at 4am i forgot to tape them all up individually, so they where all lumped together, so it was my stupid mistake.
