i plan on doing both doors completely, and the rear hatch completely, how much edead do i need for one layer

 

are you usuing the paint? because if you are then 1 can would be enough, it works great too btw. i have the whole back half of the car done with the black eDead "paint" and the back is all nice and sound deadened. i just gotta do the front now. and i still have more then half the can. just a tip if yuou get that stuff make it an all day affair you dont wanna get this stuff goin and then have to drive somewhere you will get light headed. but it dries fast and i onmly did 2 coats, and still have lots to go. not bad for only 40 bucks.

 

i used about 25 or so sq feet of the V1SE on the 2 doors. i ordered 30 and have a lil bit left over. talk to chris over there at ED, he will tell ya how much ya need. he has a tc that has been deadened.

 

you should really think about deadening the rear quarter panels next to the back seat. there is pretty much no deadening there at all.

i plan to do there next on mine. it gets very noisy back there. especially when it rains, you hear all the water hitting the panel very easily.

 

yup!^^ i did 3 layers of the paint stuff ther, it helped a lot. mueito quiet back there now
